Categories
Student: if you are a PhD student or you are currently enrolled in an undergradute/ postgraduate course in an academic/research institution. * You will be asked to upload valid student identification.
Non-profit Sector Delegate: if you are working in the non-profit sector (University, NGO, Public Institution, etc.)
Industry Sector Delegate: If you are working in the private sector
The European Gender Summit is holding a virtual poster exhibition and competition during the event. During the registration process you will be invited to submit a poster. Should you wish to participate, please have a short description of your virtual poster ready. If you do not wish to participate, simply choose ' at the Contact Details section of the registration process.
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation. For information on accommodation in Brussels, and more general information about the city, please visit www.visitbrussels.be. Guest speakers will be notified directly of their accommodation arrangements.

Payment Methods
You can use either a Mastercard or a Visa card to complete your online registration process. On-site payments will not be accepted. Cancellation Policy
If notice of cancellation is received more than two weeks before the Summit, we will reimburse your registration fee, minus a 50€ cancellation fee. If your cancellation is not received at least 14 days prior to the start of the conference, you will not be entitled to any refund.
